The Gomaco GT 3600 is the newest GPS controlled machine added to our line-up. Designed with state-of-the-art technology, this concrete paver can be used for curb and gutter, tight radii, cul-de-sacs, safety barriers, bridge parapets, sidewalks, recreational paths, and flat slabs up to 10 feet wide.

At C Simmons Construction, Inc. our employees are an extremely valuable part of our company. In appreciation of everything they do, C Simmons Construction, Inc. recently launched its new Employee of the Month Program.
Each month, the leaders of C Simmons Construction, Inc. nominate one of their peers for consideration for that month’s Employee of the Month Award. Recipients of this award are selected based on their commitment to safety, dedication to daily responsibilities, willingness to assist in additional duties as needed, and overall commitment to the company.
James Floyd has been a dedicated employee with C Simmons Construction, Inc. for more than 3 years, serving daily in his role as a Project Manager. James is responsible for day-to-day supervision and oversight of our team and projects, to ensure safe, efficient and timely completion of assigned projects. Congratulations James!
Team Bonding for March 2019
To improve our relationships, better communicate with one another and boost team performance, C Simmons Construction, Inc. has introduced an end of the quarter Team Bonding Event. We would like to help facilitate long term team building through encouraging genuine connections, deeper discussions, and solid relationships. These activities will consist of competitions against teams within our company.
Our first Team Bonding Event was held at Gamecock Lanes in Sumter, SC on March 23, 2019. We played 3 matches and the best averaged team of the 3 games won. Rick Johnson, Donnie Herlong and Jamie Newman’s team won best average. High score winners were Craig Simmons, Rick Johnson and Donnie Herlong. We had a blast at our first event and are thrilled at the outcome of the exercise. We look forward to the upcoming events and hope to build stronger internal relationships for the betterment of our company.
